And, that * up there is just my way of saying that "live taping" is the show business way of making "taping" sound exciting.  I mean, technically every taping is live, so why would it need a modifier?

I suppose I should mention that the taping starts at 8pm and usually finishes up before 9:30pm.  Again, since the show is 30 minutes long, you could wonder why it takes us 90 minutes to tape a 30 minute show, but that's just because we have to get set up, and clean up afterwards, and it adds up.  The actual "live taping" does, in fact, take 30 minutes somewhere in there.

And, since people always want to ask what I expect to talk about, even though at this point I have little idea, um, I guess I'll probably talk about my recent bike ride up in Napa, or maybe the recent terrorism stuff that's gone one.  I promise I'll come up with more stuff before the actual taping, otherwise the show will suck.
